Day 6

Today was better than yesterday.  I DID have a yogurt today (at Golden Spoon....4 oz. fat free is 100 cals and it was YUM!).  I counted it as an MR.  Started my day with food at about 8 a.m. with a cup of coffee.  Had my first MR at 9.  I KNEW it was going to be a hungry day and it was.  I barely made it every 2 hours for food.  Overall, it went okay though.  I'll be glad when the holiday food part is over.  I'm going to eat Christmas dinner on Sat. but it's gonna be tough to just eat that meal and not snack throughout the day.  Lots of water will be the key.

Food today:
Scrambled eggs (these have really grown on me.....)
cup of beef broth
bar (peanut butter whatever)
chicken and rice soup (gets better each time....I swear the boiling water is the key)
Golden Spoon yogurt
pickles
another bar....after 9:30 pm (was still hungry AM still hungry as I type this, but going to bed....)

Water:  12-15 glasses today (I think around 13 or 14 really)

Overall rating for the day:  6+/10

Didn't do the Abdoer Twist...:(  If I don't do it first thing in the a.m., I'm usually not back upstairs to do it until bed and I don't like to do it then.  But I might tonight.....
