Days 64 & 71 - a DOUBLE POST!!!

From day 57-64...I ate out three times....this combined with my better behavior during the week, resulted in 0 lb loss/gain.

This week, I've lost 5 lbs. so that makes 29 lbs. since Dec. 17th.

Shakes are still the key for me and LOTS of water.

I'll keep it on....definitely getting more motivated with each lb. down.  Also, unbelieveably, me knees are getting better!!!!!   I've just in the last 10 days, started to notice that I can actually walk more comfortably, stay on my feet longer.  I have actually danced, and participated in a brief conga line!!   I actually walked through all of Legoland and wasn't dying.  I wasn't sure that losing the weight would make a difference, that perhaps me knees were already too damaged, and yea!  it looks like losing the weight WILL make a difference.

Today, three shakes, one bar, and dinner to come!
5 glasses of water so far...
