Day 50

I'm pissed.  No loss this week.  Yes, 'things', fat, whatever seems to be repositioning itself on my body.  Whatever.  Had a good week, I felt, a few little dalliances here or there but nothing that should have had such an impact.  I suppose I have to actually exercise.  Will just keep plugging ahead.  Way too annoyed to write anything clever or in-depth.

Rating for today: 3/10 (just 'cause I'm irritated)

  2. Chantel, stick with it despite the slow week. I had one of those weeks last week. Pigging out on Superbowl Sunday was probably my downfall. I thought Kim said you have a pool at your house? If so, have you considered walking 5 minutes in the water? Seems that might be easier on your knees. Anyway, keep up the good work and don't give up ; )
