I will start with a full blown confession....on one hand today has been NOT good! I won't say I've fallen off the wagon, but I'm leaning over quite far lookin' at the wheels as they roll by! I confess I've had some candy (a few pieces of chocolate), two sugar cookies, and a little more than 4 oz. of meat (maybe 6?) at dinner. BUT, I did eat a lot of salad, and I only ate 4 MR since I had the candy. :( On the plus side, it's after 9 p.m. and I'm definitely not hungry and I'm drinking lots of water.
Haven't been crazy hungry today but have felt hunger throughout the day. I didn't have my first meal today until about 11 a.m. (NOT a good idea) but I wasn't forced to get up and go anywhere this a.m. so I lazed around a bit too long.
No new foods today...
Lemon Meringue bar
maple sugar oatmeal (oh, this was new to me....it wasn't too bad, BUT you've GOT to add boiling water to it or you will get huge inedible lumps in it)
banana shake
peanut crunch bar (or whatever it's called....I do know it's drizzled in chocolate!)
Water today: about 10-12 servings so far, drinking more as I type this.
Today's rating: 6/10 (wanted to give it a 5 and probably should have....I vow to make tomorrow a GREAT day)
Oh, I DID do my Abdoer Twist today. :)
OH and the BIG NEWS of the day....I am down 2 more lbs. since Mon. so that's a total of 8 lbs. since I started. I would weigh in on Friday, but I'm gonna hold off until Sat. a.m. and that'll be a week.
You know, anything will work to lose weight as long as you stick to it. I hope you stick to this one so you live a looong and wonderful life.
